Communication LCD display needs to be light, thin, low power consumption, some application scenarios will also have ESD,RF and strong electromagnetic interference, When display use for outdoor application ,it needs to be bright and clear, which can be clearly visible under the sunlight and the display should not be damaged when the product falls.
Solutions:
- Choose thinner and brighter LCD displays without iron frame or rubber iron integration, or use OLED solution.
- Do shielding design according to the customer's use environment: RF,EMI(RE,CE) and EMS(ESD,CS,RS).
- Use special Cover Glassmaterial ,shock absorption structure design and combined with our optical bonding process which can prevent the display be damaged when product falls .
